| We are so fortunate.
We have a grandchild in the school. James was a few classrooms removed from the shooting, but he heard the shots and was among those protected by a brave teacher. On the refrigerator at James's house is a photo of him with his school classmates from last year. The little girl on his left in that photo didn't survive. Our prayer for the families and the lost: The LORD bless you and keep you; The LORD make His face shine upon you, And be gracious to you; The LORD lift up His countenance upon you, And give you peace.
