The Connecticut Department of Labor says that Unilever, in Clinton, Connecticut will layoff 154 workers effective 19 OCT 2012. The Unilever website, http://www.unilever.com/, says “We meet everyday needs for nutrition, hygiene and personal care with brands that help people feel good, look good and get more out of life.” Unilever’s brand names include Dove, Lux, Lipton, Knorr, Hellman’s, and Ben & Jerry’s.
