• Connecticut Workers’ Comp Best Practices

Dr. Peter E. Amato, Medical Director of Occupational Health Plus, a service of Yale-New Haven Hospital’s Worker Health Solutions, will discuss medical best practices in Workers’ Compensation at the Oct 16 Breakfast Roundtable discussion sponsored by the Connecticut Department of Labor’s Division of Occupational Safety and Health (CONN‐OSHA). The event, which will run from 8:15 to 9:45 a.m., will take place in Conference Rooms A, B and C of the agency’s Central Office, located at 200 Folly Brook Boulevard, Wethersfield. Dr. Amato, a subject expert on the topic, will discuss the proper components of a comprehensive Workers Compensation program, prevention initiatives, injury management, and modified duty policies.
