| CTDOL says that The May Institute, Inc., with operations in
South Windsor,
Windsor,
Niantic,
Groton,
Stonington,
Hartford,
Bloomfield,
Plantsville,
Mystic,
Manchester,
Norwich,
Plainville, and West Hartford, will lay off 192 workers on 6/30/13 and close on that date. At least some of these employees are represented by New England Healthcare Employees Union, 1100 SEIU.
